All Republican ballot watching programs must be cleared with the Justice Department/courts. So random Trump supporters showing up at the polls to "watch" won't be allowed.

What he's describing is actually legal in Pennsylvania, but you have to live in the municipality or county    that you are going to "watch." So you couldn't bus people from the boondocks into Philadelphia to watch black neighborhoods. It would have to be someone from Philadelphia, might even have to be from the same precinct.

I have to wonder though how much this election will be hacked by Russians for Trump or cronies for Hillary.

How exactly do you "hack" an election?

And no it can't be via hacking electronic voting machines that run on a closed network. That's only movie stuff, like hacking any type of auto or plane engine.

The fear is that the voter registration system is set up in an online system and that hackers would delete records, making it impossible to know who was registered.
