Yeah, he's a mere shadow of a reptilian sub-human, that's been clear for a long time.

Once again Trump overreacts to a situation that could have been advantageous.

Let the investigation be over , I'm sure the police will catch whoever's responsible.

It's scary that this guy could be leading the most powerful army in the world

I say punish whoever did this to the fullest extent possible, because its stupid actions like this that plays right into the hands of Trumpists and their reactionary victim complex. Wouldn't surprise me if this hands the state to Trump.

Not sure how he could have responded worse to that.

He sees the writing on the wall and that agitates him. So he starts peddling nonsense and throwing wild allegations around. He knows that if polls hold he loses badly on november 8th, both the Dems and GOP will be out to get him.

a lot of people said that after some riot happened. I don't believe that will be the case.

Like Jo Cox in brexit, the end result is clear and this will only give the GOP a minor sympathy bump that immediately sizzles on election day.

and unsurprisingly Trump talks from his gut instead of his brain. If he talked from his brain, he'd shut the hell up and let people investigate and instead of turning this into an issue for him.

Compare this to Clinton's response and you'll see why she's better.

If a Democratic office were bombed, 99% of you guys would be blaming Trump, so spare us all the faux outrage.

That was perhaps the most predictable tweet of all time.

I think there's a 67% chance I would admittedly, but I wouldn't want Hillary Clinton then responding with that same fervor. I'd hope she's better than me - and that's the point. We should want a candidate that measures twice and cuts once, not a candidate cuts twice and says "I'm the best cutter folks, nobody's better than me, believe me".

if hillary or any candidate i like, would write a tweet like that and with such wording, only hours after the incident and as a first reaction, she wouldn't be my candidate anymore.

Fair enough. We would; Trump IS the candidate who incites violence at his rallies and has a handful of unhinged and violent supporters who like to tout heavy weaponry.

I know it's petty of me, but I hope they do. Once he's lost, I hope they throw the book at him for every illegal thing he's done (that isn't beyond statute of limitations). I want to see the slimeball who tried to wreck our democracy spend the rest of his life rotting in jail for crimes he actually committed.

What are the odds this whole campaign has been a desperate effort to evade tax-related charges he knows are coming?

True, but this is American politics. If Donald Trump were running as a Democrat you'd be exploiting all of his scandals, calling him all the names we do, and cheering or defending this firebombing. What separates President-Elect Clinton from your candidate is her political prowess and tact. She isn't responsible for inciting violence, nor is she likely to blatantly try to capitalize politically on such an attack. But if this was Trump (D) versus any Republican we'd all be responding differently.

Let's not jump to conclusions.  Whoever did this is reprehensible and should be punished to the full extent of the law.  But the way things have gone in this election, anyone could be capable of just about anything.

Don't forget this story from a much saner election: http://www.cbsnews.com/news/cops-mccain-worker-made-up-attack-story/
