AZ, NH, OH and IA are a waste of money and time, and so is probably FL. All the other races are very competitive, though.

No Republican is winning a statewide or federal race in deep blue NH anymore, but that's just my opinion.

Your opinion is wrong.

And why not dump several million into AZ 02 instead?

New Hampshire is pretty left-wing, and has always been quite socially liberal. Ayotte does better because in spite of agreeing with Ted Cruz on most issues, has somehow tricked tons of gullible white male ex-Rockefeller Republicans that she is a Warren Rudman/Charlie Bass-style moderate.

Obama only won 52% in 2012.
