<ahem> As the sitting Attorney General for the republic, I can confirm that per the ruling in Cinyc vs. Lincoln, West_Midlander is eligible to vote upon their registration as a voter with the census bureau.

Does he have to wait until it's updated though? Kinda unclear to me.

The census is merely an official record of all valid registrations; one becomes a citizen (and, so, a voter) upon registering in this thread.

Thanks, that's what I got out of it too but I didn't know if I was missing some law or some section of the Constitution.
