I wouldn’t say scare, but it concerns me, though I still think most of it is empty talk.

No, because I've been forced to tolerate their violence around here for 30 years.

As a woman who would like to be involved in local politics, it is absolutely terrifying. I wanted to volunteer with the Hillary get out the vote stuff, but was too afraid after seeing so many threats on social media etc aimed at Hillary supporters. I have seen Trump supporters attempt to dox Hillary supporters, and that is just absolutely frightening to me. The threats that reporters are getting, that the women accusing Trump of impropriety are getting... It's scary.

I have the joy of looking Hispanic and a last name that is Muslim in origin. I also live in North Central Florida, in the more rural towns like Cedar Key or High Springs I didn't feel that welcomed before Trump now I completely avoid. Had a gun flashed on me once when I said my name to a cashier by the guy behind me. That being said I'm a homeowner and I'm not going anywhere

Option 2. I have the fortune of living in muh lib'rul bubble on the Left Coast, but many good Americans aren't so insulated and I fear for them.

Not at all. I'm one of those "Second Amendment People" who carries a licensed concealed weapon and also arms with a semi-automatic rifle every day at work. I would not hesitate to defend myself or others against these clowns.

Welcome to you too! Unfortunately, if Trump loses, I may have to dig for cover.

I'm somewhat worried some wingnuts will do some terrorist type of activities but most won't and I'm not personally scared for myself or anyone else in particular. Might want to have some heavy Secret Service protection on Clinton at all times though.

I'm back home again in Indiana now.

Observations:
1. Argentinian Consulate a block away might be a good place for The Donald to run to.
2. Dainobu on 56th Street has better pre-packaged sushi than we can get freshly prepared in Indianapolis.  This has nothing to do with anything, just that I will miss that as a lunch option.

come on, if he takes refuge in a consulate, we all know which one it's going to be: http://www.ruscon.org/main_eng.html.

Didn't have time to try all the things, unfortunately.  Got in Friday evening, performed at Carnegie Hall on Sunday afternoon, flew back last night.  We had friends in Brooklyn who showed us around and gave us some recommendations.

Halal carts, though.  OMG, the halal carts.  I could live on street food there.

If he loses: ultimately, no.

If he wins: not on a personal level, as a white dude in Westchester who could easily pass for goyim. But yes on a larger level -- I worry for muslims, black people, latinos, arab-americans, and women.

Oh, yeah, if he wins, it will be awful.

I'd have to change my name to pass for goyim.  But I'm not particularly worried for myself.  I'll be just fine.  I have friends who will be much less fine.

I used to work in 56th street few years ago and Dainobu indeed is GREAT.
