4-11 candidate debates. If Trump's campaign was smarter, they would have point-blank refused to debate unless Johnson and Stein were included. Trump has 20 or 25 minutes of good material, but he doesn't have 45 minutes.

I don't think it's a good idea for Hillary to bring up her husband for anything (before the election).
Don't give trump or the Pubs an excuse to drag Bill into this election, because of the fact that Hillary brings his name in.
