To my delightful surprise, he was the best moderator, period.

Superb job of keeping the discussion moving and being more or less in control of two rowdy debaters.

Easily the best moderator, but wish he would've followed up with Hillary on completely dodging the "would you shoot down a Russian plane" question.

C - he did okay when it came to fact checking the candidates, but implementing quasi-libertarian nonsense like "AHHHH ENTITLEMENTS" and "YOU'RE BIG GOVERNMENT, HE'S SMALL GOVERNMENT" lowered the quality significantly.

Chris did a very good job. Fact checking when needed, making sure they answered questions, etc. Best of the debates.

C minus at best. Many of the questions had a right-wing slant.
He did, at least, try harder to keep Trump in check than other moderators.

B  Would be an A if not for the bias in most of the questions.

Best moderator this season. He should explore other networks because he would make a great conservative commentator on other networks.

This is my major complaint.

On the other hand, I liked that most of his questions were direct questions about policies or issues, and he did a good job of controlling the candidates without detracting from the most interesting back-and-forths. A welcome shift from whoever that awful woman in charge of the Vice Presidential debate was.

Agreed. She should also have been forced to explain why the Libyan no fly zone turned into bombing.
