Mostly "understandable", with some "debatable".  I definitely don't think the conservative movement should have changed on trade and foreign policy, which seems to be a pre-req for 3 and 4.

About half-way between "debatable" and "deluded" (although NR seems willfully blind to the flaws of Rubio and other establishment Republicans)
