This guy reminds me of guys in prison....I used to work as a prison guard. What happens is that prisoners have WAY too much time on their hands to think all their devious thoughts. Assange has become just like them. He needs to take his licks and stop creating such trouble.

Man up, face the music that he created, and pay his dues. Otherwise he's just a yellow-bellied coward.

I've lost any respect I might ever have had for him.

What sucks is that eventually, a major government secret will find it's way to WikiLeaks, something that SHOULD be reported, and no one will believe them. They've destroyed their reputation.

Ehm, why? Have Wikileaks ever faked the data they published? The answer is no, as far as I know. Or?

P.S. It is funny that Dems are so angry with the deliever, not with those who actually done/said things. I understand, that one can be mad that WL publishes only the data about one of the campaigns. But hey, better something that nothing, right? RIGHT? Wink
According to the majority of American people the American media is biased against Trump. It is not a problem according to Dems here (because Trump es un hombre malo?). But when some international organisation is, yeah, it suddenly becomes a problem Cheesy

Let be honest, if Wikileaks published some "private" data exposing Bush clan back in 2000/04 and by doing this affecting the elections, would you be against them? It is a rhetorical question, dudes Smiley

P.S.S. I don't think WL have some game-changer, but you all are so painfully hypocritical Cheesy

Because of longterm implications of f**king with international law?

It's pretty obvious Assange is now just a harmless fruitcake. Why bother?

I find it off that folks who are demanding Trump's Tax Returns, etc. are so bent out of shape about WikiLeaks.

Are they breaking the law?  Yes, they are.  So was the guy who recorded Mitt Romney without his knowledge, and none of the Democrats here were bent out of shape on that one.

Hillary Milhous Clinton is the Nixon of 2016.  Only this time, we get to hear the tapes BEFORE we vote.  Yay, us!

Maybe you should consider taking some time off, this election seems to have a detrimental effect on your nerves.

it's the same as if you are running for mayor in a small village and some people broke into your house and stole your school diaries.

every day between then and the election day, some not very harming and surely not criminal but embrarassing details about your teenagehood is going to be published all over your village, going to make you look - on the long run - like a "loser"/weirdo, cause everybody is able to compare your own private thoughts with the shop-window lies of everyone else.

leaking hillary's wall street speeches is at least partially comparable to the "47%"-speech.

leaking bickering, arguing and complaining each day for weeks is not in any way useful to anyone....and just a desperate attack to change this election with gossip.

I hope that this episode teaches both the Left and Right that the concept that there should absolutely never be any secrecy at all (advocated by Assange and to a more limited degree by some in Silicon Valley) is utterly horrifying.

if they have got some REAAAAAAAALLY damning stuff left, is there any practical notion why they should have waited until now?

even O'Keefe began his leaks prior to the third debate (possible too late).....i am not sure, new semi-scandals are able to even reach a big enough slice of non-partisan america until the election day now.
