After all that birther nonsense in the past, I'm surprised I haven't come across any mention of some kind of frivolous lawsuit seeking to deny Clinton to right to run for President on account of the Constitution only referring to whoever holds the office with male personal pronouns (and the 19th Amendment only giving women the active right to vote).

Apologies in advance if this gives any fruitcake ideas.

Gingrich is on record saying that Hillary Clinton cannot be a legitimate president.  This is the next strategy by the Republicans.

Predicting election results can be difficult (not this year).  Predicting Republican obstructionism and a continued effort to undermine the legitimacy of the government is a freebie.
