Now the 20% or however many Republicans are there seem to be booing Clinton for telling standard jokes.

Ooooh...Hillary said "I'm sad that Mike Bloomberg is not speaking tonight, I'd like to hear what a real billionaire sounds like"

Then she drags Rudy

Humorless and desperate? Shocking. Though I wouldn't be in the mood after being thoroughly embarrassed either.

Yes if they are self-deprecating

Hillary's speech was funny at times although her delivery left something to be desired. Still, she skipped the worst Trump-type cringeworthy jokes. Also, a nice finish, building on her theme of cooperation and tying it into the Catholic audience.

All in all, a solid B grade (I gave Trump a D-).

Hillary's delivery was 10x better than I thought it would be. She was actually pretty funny.

This is what happens when you nominate a 70-year old child as a candidate for president.

I'm the life of every party I've ever attended and I've been at three
"At the rest of his birthday parties, Bill took Monica." would have been a perfect self-deprecating line there.

Classic CNN: They both were equally as mean!

And this is why I'm voting Yankee.

Some guy was spinning this by saying that it was a mostly liberal room because it's Manhattan.  lol.

Got me thinking, though, where do the attendees generally lean in these things?  I would have to assume Republican if it's an event full of conservative Catholics.
