Democratic nominee for the somewhat competitive VA-05 Albemarle County Chairwoman Jane Dittmar was involved in a car crash/DUI in the 1990's in which a minor was involved.

This district flipped in '08 (well the incumbent was very racist and anti-Muslim), but Trump is doing poorly (especially in VA) and Kaine is on the Democratic ticket. So maybe......
