President and Vice President of the United States
Hillary Clinton/Tim Kaine

Comptroller
Susana Mendoza  (Lezlie Munger's commercial annoys me)

House of Representatives
August Deuser

Illinois House
Fran Hurley

Cook County States Attorney
Christopher Pfannkuche

There will probably also be a million different local judges on the ballot as well, even though no one knows anything about them.  I will probably just vote for the ones with Irish sounding names, as I usually do  (normal)

Massachusetts already has decriminalized marijuana, and also medical marijuana, so the stakes aren't quite as high as in other states as I understand it. If I end up voting for it (which I probably will) it will just be to get people to stop talking about it, and because I generally prefer to err on the side of legalizing things where possible. I'd be happy to hear people trying to convince me either way, though.

I'm more strongly in favor of Question 3, since there is some evidence of public health issues related to those sorts of farming.

I joked in IRC that this probably includes most St. Joe's students. Pains me to associate with them lol, but it looks like that's what I have to do

A Harper (lol) poll had very detailed crosstabs about a month ago: Toomey took 7.6% of Clinton voters and McGinty took 5.3% of Trump voters. An even bigger difference in the lower Senate margin than cross-party voting is Johnson voters who go half to Toomey and 13.3% to McGinty and undecideds in the Presidential race who favor him 2:1

Can't vote (17), although I'd probably go with something like this:

President: Some meaningless write-in. Mimi Soltysik (SPUSA) offends me the least of the left-wing protest votes. Maybe if New York wasn't ubersafe I'd sell my soul and vote Hillary, but there's really no need to in this case.

Senate: Robin Wilson (Green), since she isn't a Republican or Chuck Schumer. If this race was close, I'd be temporary to go Republican, since a one-term GOP Senator with no seniority can't do as much damage as Schumer as majority leader.

House: Diana Kastenbaum (Democrat) so I can say I voted against Chris Collins.

Assembly: Sean Ryan (Democrat)

State Senate: Amber Small (Democrat) because, even though I do have the option of a Green protest vote, Chris Jacobs' constant ads about muh term limits (ffs get over yourself) are the most annoying thing, and I want to see him embarrassed.

President: Jill Stein (Green)

House: Write-in Scott Kleeb since Adrian Smith is running unopposed

State Senate: Write-in some random dude since both of the candidates are ideologically the same in literally every way

Nebraska Supreme Court: John Wright

President and Vice President: Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence (R)
Senate: Pat Murphy (D)
House: I don't think Al Lawson even has a GOP challenger, so I'll probably write-in someone/something.
Supreme Court of Florida: No on all Judges. This is automatic. Judges above municipal level shouldn't be subject to popular vote.
State House: Ramon Alexander (D) is a personal friend of my friend Mike's mentor back in DC, apparently. He's also unopposed.
State Senate: Nancy Miller (R)
Amendment 1: Yes (guarantees right to own solar power equipment for one's own home).
Amendment 2: Yes (medical marijuana up again. It hasn't been a major issue this year unlike in 2014, so I suspect it should clear the 60% majority it needs easily).
Amendment 3: Yes (tax exemptions for wounded first responders/law enforcement).
Amendment 4: Yes (I dunno, something about homestead exemption qualifications being expanded. The wording was confusing and I'm trying to enjoy the last bit of youthful innocence I have before it becomes necessary for me to start caring about this stuff).
Leon County Supervisor of Elections: Mark Early seems like a pretty qualified, non-political candidate. He's up against a Democratic State Rep, so I assume he has the GOP behind him.
Leon County Tax Collector: John Bailey (R)
County Clerk of the Circuit Court: Do not care, will vote for Gwen Marshall (D) since she is the only candidate running who seems to even bother to campaign.
Leon County Sheriff: Mike Woods (I) is a reform minded law enforcement officer who seeks to crack down on violent crime while reducing focus on drug related issues. He's a good old boy with a long career in law enforcement and appears to know how to be speak softly while carrying a large stick. I'm actually fairly interested in his positions and excited about his campaign. I might go volunteer for him after looking into this race. Thanks, Atlas!
Leon County Superintendent of Schools: Forest Van Camp (R) (how can I not vote for that name?!)
Leon County Property Appraiser: Greg Lane (I)
Leon County Commissioner: David Hawkins (I)
State Attorney: Pete Williams (R), another reform minded Republican who is abandoning the Reaganist manta that drug addicts can only be treated by incarceration.

Governor's Council
Robert L. Jubinville (D)

State Senator (Bristol-Norfolk)
