Made a poll specifically for this because of how laughably absurd this measure is.  As I asked in another thread:
How is this supposed to be enforced?  Is the state hiring a bunch of people to watch porn and prosecute if they don't see one of the gentlemen wearing a rubber?

Hysterically enough, yes. The proposition does include provisions to set up the state to do this.

I would vote no, due to the silliness of that, and because it's a badly worded mess that's worded so broadly that if a couple voluntarily posted one of their own sex tapes on the Internet they could be sued by any resident of the state of California.

In principle I'd like to support anything that would make it harder to make and distribute pornography, but I'd vote no because of this:

it's a badly worded mess that's worded so broadly that if a couple voluntarily posted one of their own sex tapes on the Internet they could be sued by any resident of the state of California.

Specifics of these types of propositions are important. We must ask: How is the proposition proposing that the state implement such-and-such a policy change or regulatory regime? (BRTD, not really understanding this yet is another reason why I'm still undecided on Question 4 here.)

Inclined to support it, but Nathan's concerns are very legitimate. Would still reluctantly vote for it.

Probably the stupidest referendum they've had in a long time, and that says something.

For.

California OSHA already requires that workers be protected from infectious bodily fluids, and the State of California needs to enforce the laws it already has on the books.

Not that I don't think opposition to Prop 60 is completely unfounded, but it certainly isn't "obvious".

What's the main reasoning for opposing such a measure, in your opinion?
