There is a pretty strong consensus that McMullin will beat Clinton in Utah and even has a good chance of winning the state, but what about in Idaho, the state with the second highest number of Mormons per capita? Idaho is 24% Mormon.

Last week, I ran a Google Consumer Survey in Idaho (so take it for what it's worth). In it the numbers were,
Trump: 50
Clinton: 27
McMullin: 12.5
Johnson: 7.5
Stein: 3
I imagine that McMullin will be able to do pretty well there, but Utah is much more favorable territory to him as it is 60% Mormon.

Not a chance. Hillary will still get at least 30% in Idaho.

Have to agree with you on this. There's a slight chance that he could in the second district, but not statewide.

If McMullan got enuf votes from Trump in Idaho to beat Clinton, he'd also beat Trump.  But I don't see that happening.
