Democrats are not in a position to invoke the concept that "Politics stops at the Water's Edge".

Truthfully, Republicans aren't in such a position, either.

Trump's comments should be judged in that context.

The Iraqi army is making steady progress towards Mosul and has captured a ton of villages en route from ISIS this week. WTF is he even talking about?

He's probably getting reports from the same reality where he sends Pence to speak with alternative-Trump. When you're as stupid as Herr Pussygrabber AND dealing with multiple realities, it's easy to get confused.

I don't know what Trump is speaking about but the fact is that Obama is nonchalantly watching how American allies are being destroyed bu Russians and Turks. I wish he were more resolute defending American allies.

Dave Leip, please drone.

So you advocate direct military conflict with Russia, and evven our own NATO ally Turkey?

Don't pussyfoot around. Dropping all these vague "stand our ground" "be more resolute" bs critiques when translated to something more concrete than campaign rhetoric basically means huge numbers of boots on the ground forr the Third Iraq War and seriously risking direct conflict with Russia.

Yeah, I do feel bad for Syrians, but unless you want to risk WW3, any action must have approval (or at least acceptance) by Russia in the UN. I assume Clinton is mainly raising talk of no fly zones for leverage more than anything else.

Unfortunately for people seeking closure, Assad and his regime will never see justice for their crimes. They should be allowed to take back the country for the Syrian peoples sake. After all, we want the Iraqi government to take control, and they're no peaches.

You think a presidential candidate should be spreading propaganda for America's enemies during an on-going war? Interesting. I guess you're just part of patriotic, common sense folks.
