This is silly. Do we really need a runoff which would only eat taxpayers dollars?

As a neutral part, I'm available to serve as the Martial Law Administrator for this term.

Btw, if someone point out I'm not a citizen I have an precedent for you: Prince Louis Napoleon was elected President of the French Republic in 1848 without actually being a French citizen.
