Two votes. One for a rating (Safe D, Lean R, Toss-Up, etc.) and one for a prediction of who will win (Clinton, Trump, or Other).

Trump hasn't had a lead in a reputable poll there all year, and the recent ones show Clinton with either high single-digit or double-digit leads. Safe D.
