I went with Reagan, because he was the best, and Clinton, because he messed up least among the rest. I regret my decision to pick Clinton once I remembered all the corruption.

Obama/Bill are roughly tied for a very very distant second, but I'll give Obama the edge since he didn't do any extramarital stuff and lie about it.
