Rachel Maddow is teasing that there's going to be some expose on Trump's refusal to rent to people of color in the 1970s. Doesn't seem like much we don't already know, but who knows?

It is an interview with a property manager who personally witnessed FRED Trump saying they don't rent to ns, while Donald sat next to him nodding. It's kinda bad but in the world of Trump, it's not likely anything that anyone is surprised at.

If there are more tapes/damaging oppo, it needs to be, imo, released by early next week to have maximum impact. Whoever releases it or writes it up, if their goal is to inflict damage to Trump's campaign, then they need to give it at least a week to be fully digested by the public.

Since next Tuesday is Nov 1st, that would probably be the best time. If we don't see anything major by the end of Tuesday, then I'd feel safe saying that there probably isn't anything else. Though... I wouldn't rule out the idea that maybe whoever decided a slightly later date would be optimal, but doesn't seem likely to me.

I'm sorry, I don't buy this. The idea that this election has been crazy so far, so it must always be crazy, is speculative at best. I think we're settling into a holding pattern which will remain fairly constant until the 8th.
