I was playing around with Google Ngram just now and the results were a bit odd in my opinion.

Between 1800 and 1845, the top spot was traded back and forth between "kiss my hand(s)" and "kiss my foot/feet" with nothing else coming close.  Around 1845 the hands began to surge in popularity while the feet began a slow decline until around 1900 it began having competition for the second most popular choice. At that point "kiss my hands" was around 6 times more popular than its closest rivals, but the lack of competition caused it to start declining in popularity until it flattened out at about twice the closest competitor by 1950.  No other "kiss my *" phrase up to contest it until "kiss my ass", which began rising from virtual non-usage around 1945 to break free of the pack of also-rans around 1960, equaling "kiss my hand" around 1975. For the next 15 years hands and ass were neck and neck in a plateau of popularity until "kiss my ass" started to surge again in 1990, reaching a spike in 2005 when it began to sharply decline.  "Kiss my hand(s)" remained steady until that same 2005 when it began to surge, essentially tying "kiss my ass" in 2007 and having the clear lead in 2008, the last year that Google Ngram will show.

The top 10 of 2008 were:
1. kiss my hand
2. kiss my ass
3. kiss my feet
4. kiss my cheek
5. kiss my lips
6. kiss my mother
7. kiss my forehead
8. kiss my hands
9. kiss my wife
10. kiss my neck

That phrase is exactly why I was making this particular search, but unfortunately it's a couple orders of magnitude less common than any of the top ten.
