I think Clinton will get 3rd in Utah, McMullin will get third in Idaho, and Johnson will get 3rd in a bunch of states.  I think the only shot Stein has at making it into third place is in Vermont, and that still doesn't seem very likely.

As for D.C., I would be surprised if Trump drops below second, but I guess it's possible.
