The Bioelectric shield is advertised as blocking EMF from cell-phones, Wi-Fi and computers. Pretty costly, but I guess many people feel it is necessary. After all, according to Andrew Weil MD "Electromagnetic pollution (EMF) may be the most significant form of pollution human activity has produced in this century". The device came to prominence when Cherie Blair started wearing them on the advice of, well, Hillary Clinton. This seems to be corroborated by much of the UK media of the time, although there is no smoking gun.

Why do people still think this is an issue... The dose you would get from typical usage is WAY too low to do any type of harm
