Interesting take from Joe Walsh, and one that may show how much this story has evolved and how not "end of the world for Hilldawg!" it currently is:

The same Joe Walsh who has said he plans to run for President as Trump's ideological heir in 2020 if she wins? Gee, I wonder what the motivation is here!

FoxNews are reporting Weiner laptop has emails from Hillary Clintons state.gov account.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/10/30/comey-s-review-emails-related-to-clinton-server-triggered-by-ny-agents-source-says.html

The question is "Did Amthony Weiner email Hillary any pictures?"

If Weiner emailed his weiner to secretary Clinton, i am changing my vote from Clinton to Trump.

The warrant that was just issued was for Huma Abedin's emails. If anything its probably that weiner copied her emails of which contained emails between huma and hillary since she accessed her emails using the device and probably didnt know either it got copied to there by accident or that weiner copied it on purpose while she didnt notice.

This might be a possibility.

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Introduction-to-Outlook-Data-Files-pst-and-ost-6d4197ec-1304-4b81-a17d-66d4eef30b78

What if  Huma thought nothing nefarious would happen by using the shared laptop to access her email but because she isnt tech savy she doesnt know it would backup to weiner's computer.

>Other close aides to Clinton, including Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, also authored dozens of such notes. Top officials outside of State wrote some, too, including Clinton’s eventual successor at State, John F. Kerry, who was then a senator.

Just a reminder that huma wrote classified emails for Hillary along with aides in other occurances so the existence of classified emails in huma's emails are not illegal. otherwise huma incriminated herself the second she wrote them.

You guys realise no-one watches CNN?

Or indeed news channels in general. And the few people that do decided who they were voting for months ago.

How do most people get their news in the US? Genuinely curious.

Top 15 news websites, ranked by US traffic (cnn.com is number four, for the record).

It would probably help to distinguish content writers from aggregators.

Google News doesn't actually produce any content; it just gives you links to other websites like CNN and the Washington Post.

Yeah, he's just quoting the Wall Street Journal.

650,000. Think about that. That's either a lot of duplicates (from BlackBerry syncs) of the same host file or a lot of e-mail accounts (either POP3/IMAP4 or Exchange) that Huma had. As Clinton's No. 2 and basically her top assistant, there's no doubt from the Wikileaks filings that she had access to Hillary's clintonemail.com account.

If that's the case those 33,000 "missing" e-mails are likely found.

Are you sure you want them released, red avatars? Hillary waived her right to object. Thank you Anthony Weiner for showing some underaged girl your dick pics.

Thats 650,000 emails from Weiner's laptop. Logic dictates most would be his.

First of all, Donald Trump has lost all credibility by now, with most voters.

Second of all, even if the e-mails are released, there is nothing to hide for Clinton.

Did you Seriously? not follow the case?

Hillary didnt get charged because she did not deliberately mishandle classified information like for example leaking to the press.

The existence of classified emails on her server is not illegal unless she deliberately mishandled them like Petreaus did with giving classified emails to his secret lover who used the emails to write his biography.

they found no probable cause that Hillary intended to miss-use classified information. and even when they find clasified information on huma abedin's emails when they just got a warrant, which is a given because she worked in the state department.  it would not be incriminating because she wrote classified emails for Hillary as did other aides otherwise huma incrminated herself the second she wrote them.

You have no idea what e-mails are on the Weiner/Huma laptop.  Neither does anyone, including the FBI.  It could be just duplicates of what we've seen before, banal things Clinton had deleted from the server, or a smoking gun from Clinton that was deleted from the server, something like "Huma - please remove all classification markings from the things you send me".  So for you to claim there's nothing there is premature at best.

Really remarkable that after two years of email coverage, Republicans still don't seem to have basic knowledge of the facts of the case.

They've made a killing from questioning science, facts, and reality as a whole as a supposed political ideology.

It is extremely doubtful if there is anything significant there. Otherwise, Clinton wouldn't have taken the tactic of calling out the FBI and asking them to provide specifics...it just would have been bad strategy, given that she is already ahead in the race.

Thats an long shot anyway, since your begging the question already then why would she want to remove classification from it?

Since a ton of the classified emails on her private email server was written by her and/or aides. If she wanted to use classified information maliciously then why not before the classification?

Whats your dialouge anyway?

Oh help me huma i want to mis-use classified information but i already put a classification on it!!!!

Hillary wrote 104 emails the government says were classified. and its why comey said no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case because she had no intent to mishandle classified information unlike the way petraeus did.

You're joking right? Hillary's only political play is to demonize the FBI and ask them to do something that they can not possibly due because of the time it takes for the classification process to work.

The only people who could release ALL of the e-mails would be Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin and I guess that pervert Weiner. Neither of them will, however, because there's bound to be political damning e-mails in there, just like there are with Wikileaks. So they'll hide behind the FBI director for now, knowing he can't do what they ask of him without a proper, thorough vetting, which can't happen in the next 8 days.

FTFY. Hillary already handed in everything she had. This is all about Huma and Comey is attempting to assassinate HRC's character based on the investigation of someone else just a few days before the election.

The right way to have handled this was to have continued the confidential investigation process that was ongoing rather than politicizing it like this exactly because they don't have anything. The fact that he went out of his way to do this with his hands empty and against the counsel of the DOJ is damning enough.

You're joking right? were not even discussing the case now. Just your assumptions.

Also why would the fbi release either of their emails for no other purpose than to reveal private conversations to embarrass people? Were not russia.

Why not ask trump and his campaign to release their emails? Heck why not release your own emails now so we can find what pornography, etc you  like.

It is extremely doubtful if there is anything significant there. Otherwise, Clinton wouldn't have taken the tactic of calling out the FBI and asking them to provide specifics...it just would have been bad strategy, given that she is already ahead in the race.

Not joking at all.

If the FBI had anything of significance, they would have followed due process weeks ago to release the e-mails, once they had discovered them. But instead, they decided that they would wait until 11 days before the election, even when knowing there was 0.000% chance of finding anything, just to bank on the "possibility" that there might be something of substance, and the resulting shock factor of the news.

I have confidence that the more informed voters will see through their plan and head in droves to the booths to vote for Clinton...

Thats 650,000 emails from Weiner's laptop.

Imagine the poor soul who has to look through Anthony Weiners' 650,000 emails.

You'd probably know everything about his penis after about 25.

Huma was surprised when she was told about the emails being on the laptop, since the laptop in question belongs to her estranged husband. She had previously surrendered all the electronic devices she used for State Dept business.

So apparently the FBI wanted to investigate the Clinton Foundation but the DoJ wasn't on board, according to the WSJ report. There are conflicting reports whether the Foundation is under investigation.
