Seems this is a matter of whether or not Huma informed the FBI that she used Weiner's laptop to send and retrieve email.
Unlikely. It seems like the FBI was doing what they do with the Weiner investigation and came across these Hillary/Huma e-mails.

If Huma was stupid enough to use POP settings and Outlook with her clintonemail.com account, it's entirely possible that the e-mails were archived on the machine in a .pst file. Even if the server was wiped, you'd still have the e-mails stored locally.

3 emails out of thousands belonging to emails from huma and weiner, were from Clinton.
Stop it.
We don't know it yet. Some (you referreing to) sources say 3, NyT sources say thouthands. I doubt that FBI would make a note about 3 emails and "determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation".

Yeah, maybe

Or probably, maybe, this is a matter of, as Comey wrote:

Not disagreeing about the thousands of emails. But the thousands of emails are from huma/weiner email accounts and the FBI is looking into whether Clinton had sent them classified information to their email accounts/devices which would be unlikely.

What is worse: Sending e-mails or being a fascist who threatens to extinguish an entire nation with more than 120 million people (Mexico) from the face of the earth and threatens to sell houndreds if not thousands of atomic bombs (possibly even hydrogen bombs which is a gazillion times worse even) to Saudi Arabia, a nation that has more or less publically agreed to having been implicit in the very own 9/11 attacks that Trump claims he saw thousands of muslims cheering in New Jersey from his penthouse apartment in Trump Tower, Manhattan. In the last debate Trump bragged that he had a 12 year old son, that unlike him, knew how to do anything with a computer, even send e-mails to foreign entities. I'd rather have the leader of the free world know a thing or two about technology than constantly having to ask his 12 year old son to help him whenever he'd need to send an e-mail to some foreign leader.

emails.

1) the crime of a fascist lies in the future.

2) trump's mistakes are entertaining

3) if you work for the FBI or wikileaks you can stretch that stuff in a way that it fills daily news for months if not years and make sure something sticks.

the narrative of the false equivalency is set and won't be challenged.

The main problem was the way this was announced. If in that letter, the FBI said that they found emails on laptops from Huma and Weiner who had emails sent to Clinton, and we are going to see if there's nothing wrong with them, it would still be news of course, but it wouldn't become this weird circus.

In politics, what seems, is. And this is turning out to be very amateur.

I really doubt that there are just 3 Huma/Clinton emails. And there are no credible sources about just 3 emails, are there?

IDK, by mistake. I mean she insist she doesn't rember things that happened and was according to Comey "extremely careless".

But you commented just part of "determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation". It could be anything. Even though probably nothing.

Don't hold your breath. Hillary's failure to confront the media on their sexism and consistent bias against her for decades has been the biggest mistake of her campaign, nothing else even comes close. By refusing to take on the problem directly she gives their claims legitimacy and allows "scandals" like this to endlessly fester. I've been saying this since 2014 (yes, before she even ran!) Something tells me the problem won't be suddenly rectified with 11 days after 20 months (actually, decades) of being a willing pinata.

Basically Comey needs to tell us what the hell is going on, nobody really knows anything, and that she's confident this won't change anything.

It's pretty clear that Comey has nothing and only did this to create a narrative a week before the election.
