Can the DNC replace her before the Electoral College meets?
Does she have to voluntarily resign?
After the Electoral College meets, but before the ballots are counted by Congress, what happens if she resigns?  Are her EC votes counted or thrown out?
Finally, what happens if she resigns after the Electoral College ballots are counted by Congress, but before inauguration day?

I believe Horace Greeley's electoral vote (since he died after the 1872 election) were not certified.

Turns out we don't need the indicted line after all because we won anyway.

President, Senate, House, power to appoint Supreme Court Justices.

Ah, life is sweet.
