The crux of this lawsuit is that the SOFE unfairly invalidated the votes of Hashemite and BRTD for fraudulent reasons so that he could fix the results and allow himself to be election to the Vice Presidency.

By no reasonable definition could either post be considered "campaigning"

As we have three separate cases being filed about the result of the run-off, I would request that the Supreme Court treats each as parts of a single case - rather than having three separate cases regarding the election.

It happens from time to time that someone files a lawsuit against the SOFE regarding the results. The last one was evergreen vs rpryor.
