Given he's a candidate, yes (did not vote).

Personally I've always believed justices should not be allowed to run for office while remaining in the court. We need resign-to-run law.

     Yes (Yankee voter). I believe that he could act impartially regardless, but given his self-evident conflict of interest he should step aside in the interest of propriety.
