Nah, jailing political opponents isnt a good idea

I hope he has a long, happy, meaningful life in which he never works in a government job ever again. Except maybe as a professor at a large university

Let me get this straight, the FBI thinks a presidential candidate is being propped up by a foreign government...but didn't want to release the evidence because it might hurt said candidate? Is this real life?

But any update about Hillary sending an email must be publicized ASAP!

If Comey had any shame he'd resign. Regardless of it was intentional or not, he has now politicized the FBI in a way few people thought imaginable.

Yeah, Comey is a disgusting partisan hack and we should sack him as soon as the election is over.

And Obama needs to stop getting his people (Biden, Earnest) to defend him. I get that he doesn't want it to look like he got duped, but he did, and there are a few things more important than saving face right now.

There are good arguments on either side. Either he was helping his Republican buddies hold Congress, or in trying to protect his and/or the FBI's reputation, he made massive, unforced errors that can only be attributed to incompetence of the highest level, worthy of resignation.

Personally I'm not 100% committed to either, but I am sure it's one of those. He's either a partisan hack using the FBI to protect Republicans or he is one hell of a dunderhead, both of which mean he can't be trusted as the head of the FBI.

Regardless of his motivations, he has politicized the FBI to such a degree that he's incapable of continuing to manage it. If he had any shame he'd be penning his resignation letter by now.
