I am compiling this as a resource, Charter's guide is up to election night now and shows the following per network ( subject to change, all times in Central):
Fox ( local): Rolling coverage from 7 PM CST - 9 PM CST ( local 9-10 CST) 10-Midnight CST
PBS: Rolling coverage from 7 PM CST - 10 PM CST
CBS: Rolling coverage from 6-10 PM CST, (local 10-10:35), 10:35 PM - 1 AM CST
NBC (local): Rolling coverage from 6-10 PM CST (local 10-10:30) 10:30- 1AM CST
ABC: Rolling coverage from 6PM CST - 1 AM CST
CNN: No data yet, but assume 24/7 coverage with main starting 4-5 PM CST
Univision: Rolling coverage from 6 PM - 10 PM CST (local 10-10:35) 10:35-Midnight CST
Telemundo: Rolling coverage from 7 PM - 10 PM CST
Lifetime: "The View Live Election Special" from 8-10:30 PM CST
CNBC: Rolling coverage from 6 PM - 1 AM CST
CSPAN: No data but assume coverage starting at 6 PM CST, will update when official
BBC World News: Rolling coverage from 5:15 PM - Midnight CST
MSNBC, Fox, and Bloomgerg: No data yet, will update when official
TV One: Rolling coverage from 6 PM - Midnight CST
