Because, logically, if you trust that source to tell you about Hillary, you ought to trust it to tell you about Trump Wink

It's certainly not because they did any personal research on Hillary, or read any of her books, or did any other kind of delving into her life which would have shed more light onto who she really is.

They fell for that caricature Bill referenced so eloquently in his DNC speech.

I didn't realize that journalism was reading self written memoirs and taking it as fact.

Clinton has been in the public eye for decades. People know who she is.

Well, it's probably a more reliable source than Reddit and Russia Today.

You can gain insight into people by reading things they wrote. They aren't likely to make a claim that can easily be debunked. That's my experience anyway. I like to read from a variety of sources and make up my own mind about a person.

I'd just say look at what they say behind closed doors (since Hillary already admitted to a private and public position) and the Clinton's are in a sh**t load of trouble with these leaks. The FBI stuff I am less interested in, it's more about the Wikileaks releases and Doug Band's description of "Clinton Inc." and how he described himself as a "for-profit arm" for Bill and Hillary. Documents also showed state department involvement. The Clinton's are bathed in corruption and the American people see it. They despise them so much that they could elect this mad man to office.

I don't think it's irrational to dislike or distrust Hillary on a personal or political basis, although I would disagree on both counts.  However, I do think the kind of visceral disgust and rage towards her that we see on the right is troubling, and it's probably going to get even worse, to the extent that it's possible.

Clinton-haters tend to be. People who are just critical of Clinton on reasonable grounds usually wind up solidly pro-Clinton in this election because the alternative is Trump.

But the alternative to Trump is Clinton. You can't assume people that don't like Clinton or Trump hate Trump more. I'm using hate in a political sense here. Tongue

And the alternative to both of them are Johnson, Stein, and Castle. *Facepalm* I guess that's 'Murica for ya!

I've disliked Hillary for a long time. But I figure you take everything levied against her: the emails, suspicious suicides, her record as SoS, her animosity for Russia, and her crappy gun policies (10 round magazines? shove that you-know-where) and even if some or a lot of it isn't true, it's still enough for me to hate her.  Plus she just comes off as superior, smug, and condescending.

I pull from everywhere since most places seem to be biased circle-jerks for the right or left or just jokes or jokes mixed with truth. HuffPo, Fox News, RT, Al Jazeera, whatever.  Just aggregate it all and filter out the discrepancies.

What is it about your hatred of circle-jerks? Many Americans grew up on cul-de-sacs where there was only one DVD player or VCR. Sad
