Last poll had this race at:

Tenney 35%
Myers 30%
Babinec 24%

I think Tenney wins by 4-6 here

Babinec is supported by the Reform party, Myers by the Dems and Working Family's party and Tenney by the GOP and CON parties

Tenney, narrowly. I don't know too much about Babinec but he strikes me as similar to Richard Hanna. A rare race where an Independent has a good opening, but I think he falls short. Tenney, a Freedom Caucus-type candidate, was not the first choice of the establishment, and many Hanna Republicans seem to be defecting to Babinec.

Babinec would be a good rep.

I need to find out more about him and Tenney, but I seem to like him, and if I was in that district I would  honestly remain undecided between him and Tenney.
