why trump is winning other ethnicity ? when I look at most polls I concluded that trump is winning them like 60-40, can this play a role in close races like FL ?

I would imagine a lot of people who say "other" as their ethnicity are paranoid white people who think they're being marked for extermination in Obama's upcoming Race War if they say they're white. That kind of person is probably a Trump voter.

as far as I know yes - otherwise the poll has a nonrandom sample

Southern whites vote like minorities. If Trump is only winning white women by 5 nationally, he's losing them in every region except for the south.
