Given the recent discussion over Taiwan, a Trump administration looking to shake things up in the region would have few better options to lead State than Huntsman. It would also be a good political move, as the nomination would be hailed by everyone and he would be unanimously confirmed.

  In terms of a more neo-con interventionist, vs anti-neo con non-interventionist stance, how do the various potential nominees stack up?  I'm thinking Bolton, Guiliani, Petreus,Romney as most neo-con and Huntsman and Corker as less so.

He's still my second favorite after Rohrabacher, none the less. Huntsman was competing for anti-war votes, its no surprise he went after Paul in such a way.
