In 2012 Obama won Philly 557k to 91k over Romney and Wayne County Michigan 595k to 213k over Romney.  Wondering what Clinton camp is hoping to get there.  Probably happy with a somewhat smaller margin, like +375 k out of Philly and + 300k out of Wayne?

Happy with smaller margins? No way. Philly ought to stay where it is, and if Wayne includes suburbs it needs to grow (or maintain with pop shrinkage).
