The first female British prime minister (1979-1990) was a strict conservative. If she was still alive, or an American citizen, who would she support?

Probably neither of the two.

Think she would be more anti-Trump than pro-Hillary.

Thatcher would view Trump as an isolationist and a threat to Britain's national security based on his stated desire to pull out of mutual-defense pacts and his blase attitude towards nuclear proliferation.  She would fear the impact of protectionism and trade wars on British and international business concerns.  His talk of defaulting on the national debt would scare her to death.  His rabble rousing of labor and uneducated Americans would turn her stomach.

She would find nothing at all to like in Donald Trump, and would absolutely support Hillary Clinton.

Ol' Maggie would be appalled at Trump's severe lack of knowledge in foreign policy. She'd probably chastise Hillary for the same things everyone else has, but if Barbara, George H.W, and George W. Bush can vote for Hillary, Thatcher could certainly support her.

On taxes, immigration, the idea of a nation state vs a bigger entity, and such matters, I would think Thatcher would have been on Trumps side. If British political realities were such that it would have been viable to call for elimination and or drastic reform of the NHS wouldn't Thatcher have been for that, just as Trump and most GOP officials are for elimination and or drastic change of Obamacare?
In terms of fitness for office, preparation, gravitas, etc. I'd think she'd prefer Clinton.

As an analogue to the Thatcher thread, who would Reagan support in this election if he were alive and mentally intact?

The same person every other living president is supporting: Hillary Clinton.

The big political disconnect between Thatcher and Trump would be that Thatcher spent her entire career in the Cold War, when international alignments and geopolitics were critical, and proxy wars were seen as a necessary evil to contain Communist expansion.  Homeland security and existential threats to national identity and character coming from within the country, those concerns weren't even on the radar.  She's pre-9/11, and before the current waves of (non-Pakistani) Muslim immigration into Europe.

Were Thatcher alive and in government today, her views would have realigned with the new global reality.  Not necessarily with Trump's views, but they would be a lot closer.

Either Hillary or McMullin. He wouldn't have announced either way, though.

Mettenrich would be turned off by Trump's nationalism and Hillary's left-wing policies.  He might vote for McMullin.
