We're all familiar with the concept of the "tipping point" state, but what about in Perot's case? How would this even be calculated?

I would imagine that you would calculate it by finding the percentage of votes that would have had to switched to Perot to overtake the winner in the state, and if Perot is still losing to the other major party candidate, then do the same thing and find the percentage of votes that would have had to switch to him.

Seems like a lot of number crunching.
