The only thing that Duterte, the Brexit campaigners, and Trump all have in common is that they care more about their own countries than they do about the freaks in Washington.

Don't forget Iceland, in which from right-wing literally came out to rebuke the other when it had appeared the Pirates were actually gonna take over.

Jeez that's nuts. However I think that's mainly a backlash to the migrant crisis more than anything.

Yep. They're all early signs of the end of the world coming. The Mayans were wrong that the world would end in 2012. Though only missed the exact year by a little perhaps. We've seen the signs coming for some time now. The globe warming rapidly with increasing numbers of hurricanes, flooding, wildfires and what have you. Polar bears being chased off their last icebergs. Elephants getting killed and soon to be extinct due to corrupt Chinese shady businessmen using millenia old beliefs as an excuse to earn a few extra yuan.  The signs are obviously already there so clear for anyone to see. Throw in a Syria, Iraq, Turkey, Libya and Afghanistan in turmoil, ISIS multiplying like toads, terrorist attacks everywhere, an ever more unreliable Putin and a cray-cray North Korea who've already let off two atomic bombs this year alone. It's all looking pretty gloomy at the moment.

No, but migrant crisis was an eye–opener for many people. We clearly saw that multiculturalism is wrong. That all cultures are not equally good. The people with origin of some cultures are more likely to be rapist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Christianophobic — you name it. Even though some of them, I assume, are good people.

No, it is mostly due to corrupt greedy Africans who actually sell it to earn a few extra $. No?

I did a lot of research that I think a lot of them are supported by the same type of people.

IF they look like a duck, quack like a duck... you know the rest.

My understanding of the situation is that we were basically scared into globalism because of the Atomic Shadow and that shadow has been weakening since the end of the Cold War. On top of that, you have the refugee crisis and still a majority of people in each country that aren't prepared for an integrated economy. We are in a situation where Developed Liberals think that Developed Conservatives/Fascism are dangerous and where Developed Conservatives think Developing Conservatives are dangerous. The Developing Liberals just live out in the woods are your Pershmurga and FARC-type people.

There is that and also that people want "The Man" to not fight "The Man" but to be the same person.

Don't know if this is a serious thing but either there will be a major backlash against this by 2020-2025

or this-

Or

just decades of this-

You get the picture.

The most ironic part is Duterte, aside of "muh death squad" stuff, is actually on the left of Filipino political spectrum. This claim can't be made about Trump.

Yes, it can. Trump is a New York Liberal.

You might be right about that. However, one thing I did find out is a lot of those 3 things were fueled by the working class of their respective nations angry they're feeling left out in this globalist culture. Maybe this is the beginning of the rise of the global working class?

The Philippines makes Alabama like San Francisco. So a left leaning guy there is a conservative in the West.
