Chang triumphs over Slom, the one remaining Republican state senator.

Dems did terribly pretty much everywhere except Nevada in state legislatures on Tuesday, but now they'll have unanimous control of one state chamber.

This has to be a first since the Dems controlled the Deep South, wouldn't it?
