"How crazy is your social media feed?" is a question only asked by people who have no immediate insight into the real world.

Yes, it's like taking the Atlas as a representative source.

Mine is mostly pro-Republican and happy, but I made the mistake of commenting on some liberal friend's posts, and I got attacked by the SJW mafia.  Big mistake!
At least you don't get plastered with memes from the Alt Right Mafia.
But for the most part, yeah... it is pretty sad.

I swear Facebook is getting worse.

I unhid everyone after the election, and now I've gone back and started hiding people's posts again.  I just hid two people this morning, and ironically they weren't among the people I had on Hide in October.

I don't particularly like or trust the monkey who won the election, and the popular vote sure as hell proves he doesn't have a "mandate".

But he won the election according to the rules that have been in place longer than any of us have been alive.  No one I consider reputable seems to think otherwise.  There are people who want to think that Trump could only have won through chicanery, but desperately seeking and finding confirmation bias is not the same as stumbling upon objective proof.

Pure and utter garbage. And it has only vaguely to do with politics.

Just a lot of terrified (mostly LGBT) teenagers

I mean there's a lot of completely justified horror and fear that I'm seeing too but on the other hand this one Facebook friend of mine who I went to school with like seven years ago is talking about making it a requirement that the president have economics and history PhD.s as if anyone who disagrees with this is a blithering fool.

... Who did they vote for?

Mine isn't crazy at all.  Of course I don't have one.  Just imagine that folks, it is possible to live without being on either Facebook or Twitter.

It's calming down.  Mostly just drunken Thanksgiving posts yesterday.

Hillary, she of the same boilerplate Ivy League JD as like half the political class.
