Buttigieg's just in it for the hype, I'd expect.

Per Free Beacon, no candidates except Pete Buttigieg attended the Women's March. The other candidates went to David Brock's donor retreat.

Pete wasn't even at the March, he was at the South Bend sister event.

Is there a comprehensive list of how individual DNC members have pledged their votes?

I know the ODP chairman is for Perez and the Mayor of Dayton (originally from IN) is for Buttigieg.

Harrison is also the ex-Dem chairman for South Carolina, the Dem party that nominated Alvin Greene for Senate, so Harrison is a joke. Buckley is awesome though and has done a good job in New Hampshire.
Wikipedia says it was Carol Fowler, which makes sense, since Harrison only became chair in 2013. (A position he still holds.)

It's only smart if Buckley has any actual support.

Tangential: Tim Ryan just endorsed Jaime Harrison for DNC Chair on his Facebook. Which seems odd.
