     Knowing that the Governor intends to veto it, I'm going to Abstain. I don't care enough for Southern Holiday Day to vote to override a veto of the bill.

I reckon the good governor's issue with this bill is the name of the holiday. "Southern Holiday Day" doesn't quite roll off the tongue.

With 2 votes in favor, 1 against, and 2 Delegates abstaining, this bill has passed and will go to the Governor for him to sign into law or veto.

With two members voting in favor, one voting against, and two not voting this bill does not have a 2/3rds majority of all sitting Delegates, therefore the Governor's veto stands.
