I honestly don't understand the purpose behind all of this. There's nothing stopping people from creating a "Party of the South" and affiliating either formally or informally within the Federalist party. Or with the Labor party.

I like the idea of a separate Southern voter roll and would vote Aye for a bill with just the Southern Voter roll.
