IDK, but I hope it hurts.

I know that it isn't likely, but if a Republican were to win the popular vote, and lose the electoral college, would you be surprised at what Republicans would be saying here? I wouldn't.

Imagine how a candidate running with Trump's populist message, but without the various sex scandals and Access Hollywood tape, would do. Now imagine that scandal free candidate was able to deliver that populist message clearly in such a way that the media couldn't twist his words to make people think he called all Mexicans rapists, or who wouldn't mimic a handicapped person on stage.

Trumps populism was such a winning message that he still won despite all his personal faults and gaffes. Democrats should be scared of future Republicans that will take the winning formula of Trumpism and perfect it.

Agreed. He's only being provocative and not offering much legitimate discussion.

if you are nearly dead in terms of control anyway, there is nothing to be scared of.

in fact, there is also a winning populist message for dems.

i am more concerned, if the democrats are going to become as unhinged as the republican party since 2009.

I suggest you learn what an idiom means before you use it because, otherwise, you just look silly.

Hey arch, be grateful that trump's ideological testing policy will hopefully keep out some people from the orient that want to throw you and your partner off a building.

you are obviously right on a quantitative level but i have been impressed several times, how "secular" or even "friendly" in regard to other minorities, like blacks or gays, many left-wing american muslims are.

israel is ofc usually the exception of that rule.

OK... and I guess he'll keep out people who want to hang black people from trees as well? Oh wait, he's putting them in his Cabinet.
