moderator changes

Since I haven't been a mod for nearly a year now, I'm no longer in the loop, but it looks like this is what happened:

Kal resigned, and is no longer a mod.

Gustaf took Kal's spot on International General Discussion, and was also added to International Elections.

AndrewCT took Kal's spot on Election What-Ifs and its sub-boards.

Virginia took AndrewCT's spot on the 2016 and 2020 boards.

Did I miss anything?

There are a couple things he didn't do so it's not clear if he overlooked them or if he denied the changes. I'm inclined to think he overlooked since last time there were some mix-ups as well.

This has never been tried before. Rumor has it that upon banning, the server will fold in on itself and form a singularity.

There have been some glitches in effecting the Cave changes (in part due to some back and forth), some of which have been identified here, which we hope will be corrected by DAVE at some point. Things do not always go seamlessly. Who knew?

But the changes contemplated here are modest in any event. The Revolution awaits for those who pine for it. Not now.
