I'm impressed with his continuing admiration of Hillary, even in defeat. I do envy his passion (something I'm unable to feel about any politician) and his conduct post-election (vocal, yet not a sore loser) is admirable. FF. Glad he's not leaving like some others.

I had several disagreements with Hagrid (before he evolved) and disagreed with him quite a lot during this election (despite being actually on the same side).

I won't lie, there was a time I considered him an annoying ass, but we all have wrong impressions, haven't we?

From my own interactions with Hagrid I see him as someone whose heart is in the right place. I disagree frequently with his certain attitudes and I haven't been afraid to say so. He's certainly far from the level of obsessive hatred displayed by IceSpear, for example.

Raphael makes a good point, though: this kind of talk is another factor that drives the certain demographics away from the Democrats.
