Wouldn't it make more sense for michigan to have been the largest margin out of the three states, if you knew all three went to trump?

Michigan was more Democratic than the other two in 2012 and 2008.

simple:

HRC spent time and ressources in MI...less in PA i think and nearly nothing in WI.

and to be sure, philly voted as usual.....pittsburgh too.
