I'm seeing him in nine days for the third time. It isn't my favorite song; I prefer the much more abstract songs from his Planet Waves/Blood On The Tracks phase. Some of those songs literally are able to cross the boundaries of time and space. But that isn't to say that this song isn't a bad idea.

In fact, once I finish cleaning my apartment and take a quick online quiz for my Comparative Politics class, I'll probably take the songs advice. God help me, I might be turning into Stoner Sanchez. Gross.

Anyway, there can only be one. There can only be one Bob Dylan. Only Leonard Cohen came close to him as a songwriter, and I still think Cohen, while incredibly talented and gifted, does not quite make the same grade. His eventual death is something that I often worry about, because his new material is as strong as his old stuff (the years of 1980-1997ish aside) and I want to get in as many concerts as possible.
