I'd like to see the African-American sections of Mobile linked into the "black belt" district and, then, hopefully, see the creation of a separate Jefferson County only minority-opportunity swing district.

Although Hillary did terribly here, Dems have a solid base--it's just that this district seems more inelastic than some other areas of the state...

Not much of Alabama is particularly elastic...

This is the only Alabama district I haven't been to, but it seems like a nice enough place.
