If Trump remains as narcissistic as he always is, he'll most likely pick Guiliani for the job, but Romney and Bolton are strong possibilities as well. But wouldn't be surprised if it was none of these candidates.

Really hoping it's Corker or Khalilzad. Romney and Haley would be acceptable, but it's probably gonna be Giuliani.

I have to think it's going to be someone who did not criticize Trump very much or acted as a surrogate or his campaign.  He's mafioso-like in the extent to which he rewards loyalty.
